Team Sterka develops truly high-performing teams by delivering bite-sized soft skills training and leadership coaching to people working in cross-functional teams.

 

This project drew on most of my skills; I developed the brand and visual guidelines and lead hands-on the development of the new design system and component library for the responsive website in Sketch and Marvel.

Finally I created a promotional video in After Effects, tying up all ends of the new Team Sterka brand.
